Course Description:

The Diploma of Make-up is Nationally Accredited which means your qualifications are recognised throughout Australia. The Gold Coast Education Campus plays a vital role in offering specific training experiences in Film & Television, Fashion & Photography. Students may be given opportunities to work with fashion designers, fashion and make-up shoots, photography studio work & film & television projects – which all lead a special emphasis on developing an excellent portfolio of work for the industry.



The study program and curriculum has been designed Integrate a very diverse range of skills and applications with a great variety of projects in:

  1. Bridal
  2. Glamour
  3. Evening & Specialised with Special FX for Film Television
  4. Hair & Wig units are included to expand on skills that are necessary skills for theatre
  5. Film and touch-up work for the glamour and bridal market

  1. Self-employed Make-up Artist
  2. Employed as a professional make-up artist
  3. Work as a freelance make-up artist
  4. Work as a professional make-up artist or assistant make-up artist for employers in the glamour or special effects fields
