Perfect Coast day for Moyra MacGregor's `I do'
SEA FM's Moyra MacGregor married the love of her life Paul Major at the Radisson Resort on the Gold Coast last week.Sadly Moyra did not wear the taffeta gown with sweetheart neckline, puffed sleeves and matching sash held together with a few safety pins designed by her on-air mates Paul and Baggs. The good news is the 100 guests watched as she came slowly down the aisle wearing a gorgeous silk satin strapless wedding dress designed by Rycki Symons from the Academy of Design, with a little input from Paul Holmes.
Do we hear that as the rings were being exchanged Baggs' voice was heard on the video asking who the hot chick was in the second row and was she single? Also noticed Titans co-captain Scott Prince enjoying the afternoon and preparing for the big match on Sunday. The couple had a dream wedding on a perfect day and are now on honeymoon

The 'real' designer behind Moyra's wedding is Joanne Burger - who designed and made the dress in Silk satin and Silk Chiffon. The dress was hand rouched and stictched down using over 400 swarovski crystals. the skirt was dual layers with layer upon layer of beautiful 'champagne' coloured fabric. A special feature was created for the dress - a jeweleed Dragon fly which is very symbolic to moyra who has a tattoo of a dragon fly on her ankle and wore special burgandy/ red shoes also with a dragonfly across the front. The jewelled dragonfly was on the single strap of the bodice and personalised her fantastic gown for the day. joanee will go on to launch her own designer label and bridal business and said that acelebrity wedding like Moyra's is a great way to launch her career!
